Experienced instructor to develop coursework for a 3 hour seminar on an Introduction to Mental Health that will start introducing the concepts related to the Adverse Childhood Experiences evaluation tool, and contextualize it to Direct Care Residential staff in the Community. This training will open up conversation about the effect trauma has on individuals, how and why people may act out and seemingly struggle with typical daily interactions. Build in strategies for potential responses that will ensure and create the best possible communication.

Bachelors required, Masters degree preferred.

Part-Time, Non-Benefited Position 

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and educational level; no benefits.
