Careers

Work for an organization with heart!

Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on children and families. Through our work both directly with families and through medical professionals, we provide the financial, nutritional, and emotional support that pediatric patients and their families need to meet their essential needs, allowing them to focus on their child’s well-being.

Whether it’s a newborn in need of donor human milk to thrive, a child with a serious illness looking for the companionship of a furry friend, or a family who needs to buy gas to visit their child in the hospital, we ensure no family has to go through their child’s medical journey alone.

Why work for RMCHF?

The Collaboration

Our small but mighty team loves working together. We brainstorm together, problem solve across departments, and support each other, day in and day out. True collaboration is what we do.

The Benefits

We believe in supporting our team however we can. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401K with company match, generous PTO, and more.

The Cause

What better way to spend your day than working to support children and families in our community? As a cause-based organization, care, respect, and dedication underline everything we do.
