Westchester Community College was founded in 1946 as the New York State Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences in White Plains. In 1957, the County of Westchester bought the 360-acre John Hartford estate in Valhalla and designated 218 acres for the community college. Job Description:

Westchester Community College seeks a non-credit Adjunct Faculty/Robotics to teach robotics. The course will enable students to design and build their own robotics using both hardware and software. Students will use programs such as Code Monkey, mBlock software for mBot, and AdaFruits MakeCode for the Circuit Playground Express. 


Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.  Programming and robotic design skills are also required.


Additional Information:

POSITION EFFECTIVE: The position will remain open until filled.

SALARY & BENEFITS:  $55.61 per hour.  No benefits.
