This position is responsible for providing direct support, positive direction and redirection to individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and adults with other disabilities in support of IS Living's mission: Co-creating a culture of autonomy and well-being in our communities. Under the guidance of a prescribed service delivery plan aimed at transitioning individuals from dependence to independence, the Therapeutic Mentor works closely with our community health partners and their individualized support teams to insure individuals served receive the best evidenced based care possible.
