General Summary
Support the Continuing Education department that includes creating a welcoming environment for all students and visitors, assists with inquiries by telephone or in-person and proper triaging. Assist with daily processes, office functions and documentation.
Specific Position Duties
* Meet and greet customers visiting CE
* Ensure that each visitor follows the colleges’ screening protocols
Answer phone and triage to proper departments
Assists departments with daily processes
* General office functions
* Must be a team player.
