Offer Description

PhD student or Postdoc positions now available for Fall 2023 researching Computational Disease Biology. This research sits at the crossroads of computational biology, data science, and epidemiology. Our work is 100% computational, using data sets generated by other people including health records data, genotype-phenotype multi-omics data, drug assays, biobank data. We have collaborations with computer scientists, epidemiologists, experimentalists.



Your ideas for projects are welcome. Our lab prioritizes creating a supportive and collegial environment for the intellectual development of trainees.



Lowell is in greater Boston, and a short drive from the seashore and mountains.
