| Job Summary | We are looking for a private voice instructor, private piano instructor, and piano accompanist. Teach credit Music course. |
| Required Qualifications | Master’s degree in Music. With sufficient experience, a baccalaureate degree may be sufficient for private instruction. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Professional performance experience Experience as an individual and collaborative performer Studio or classroom experience as appropriate |
| Essential Functions | Teach in classroom and/or online Manage classroom and meet deadlines |
| Physical Demands | Must be able to lift or move up to 20 pounds Use of manual dexterity Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation Ability to effectively communicate with students, program chair and dean |
| Security Sensitivity | All Midland College positions are security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code §51.215, which authorizes the employer to obtain criminal history record information.
