Operating Title Concessions Bartender - Adjunct
Summary of Position
Under supervision of designated supervisor, prepare, mix and serve drinks to customers; ensure positive guest service and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety.

  • Set-up and breakdown beer cart at start and finish of events.
  • Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
  • Comply with all NH State Liquor Laws, health regulations, and UNH standards and policies
  • Process transactions using the POS system
  • Prepare checks for customers and process payments

Required Qualifications
  • T.I.P.S. certification or State-specific equivalent (within 30 days if certification is expired)
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale system
  • Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and/or service
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult guests
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and service focus
  • Willingness to work rotational work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
