Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
The position is responsible for supporting the recruiting and admissions for MBA/MS programs. The position will assist in planning, recruiting, and yielding, with primary responsibilities in communications management and event management for the masters programs. In addition, this position will support a customer service framework and logistical requirements for all masters programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:
  • 2-3 years professional experience
  • Experience in marketing, communications, and/or event management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven ability to make effective use of time, plan ahead, and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Highly developed organizational and computer skills, with strict attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to integrate ideas and concepts.
  • Friendly, flexible, service-oriented manner, and mature judgment.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with external candidates, faculty, corporate clients, executives and staff.
  • Proven ability to respond positively to extreme pressures of time and workload.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly independent manner across functions within the school.

This position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends for special events and travel locally, regionally, and domestically.
Preferences:
Preferences:
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with MBA and/or MS Admissions preferred.
  • Direct customer service or consultative sales experience.
  • Experience working in Higher Education, especially a business school environment and graduate education experience preferred. SalesForce and Calendly experiences are preferred.
