Position Summary/Purpose of Position: | Opportunities for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) on the campus are many. Mtech seeks to expand its reach by engaging every student, especially engineers, with a passion for innovation, by working with companies throughout Maryland that could benefit by connecting with USM faculty, by enhancing opportunities for innovators from underrepresented populations in an inclusive and welcoming environment. The Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute, A. James Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland, is seeking an I&E Proposal Writer and Coordinator. The person in this position will work with the Mtech Director and Mtech leadership to maintain its excellence in the I&E space and launch new initiatives that ultimately serve University of Maryland students and the economic vitality of the State of Maryland.
