Basic Function/Definition | Student Success Coach II’s (SSC II) assist RHC students with navigating the process into college and completion of their educational goal. This includes supporting the student’s adjustment to academic expectations and the culture of college life. SSC II’s may work within any Division in Academic Affairs or Student Services. SSC II’s work with managers, faculty, and students and are overseen by a manager. This position can perform the work encompassed in the SSC II position. Time commitment: These are temporary positions based on grant funding. SSC II’s may work up to 19 hours per week. |

Knowledge and Abilities | |
Minimum Qualifications/Education and Experience | • Graduation from high school or GED AND • Completion of a minimum of 30 undergraduate units in any discipline. |

Foreign Degrees | Any degree from a country other than the United States, including Canada and Great Britain, must be evaluated by an Evaluation Service prior to the closing date. Certification must be attached with copies of transcripts. |
