Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Supervising Research Scientist within the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. The Supervising Research Scientist, Head of Cell Therapy Research Laboratory, at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for all aspects of the laboratory with a focus on innovative, collaborative research on the discovery and development of T cell therapy for cancer. The Supervising Research Scientist will lead the research team and direct day-to-day operations, including performance of experimental work in TCR discovery, development and implementation of experimental protocols for immunology and T cell biology, managing research collaborations, oversight of standard operating procedures (SOPs), budget development, project management, resource and personnel management, workflow, financial management, and training and supervision of staff. The Supervising Research Scientist will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the Cell Therapy research program at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.
