Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Staff Nurse -Registered Nurse Certified Diabetes Educator for the Department of Medicine – Endocrinology within Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. This position is responsible for the delivery of diabetes self-management training to patients and their families referred to the Division of Endocrinology for individual and/or group education on an outpatient basis. They must be able to function effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team providing care to patients with diabetes and their families in an outpatient diabetes program.
