To be successful in this position, you will bring:
● Bachelor’s degree in an applicable social science related field and two years applicable experience, or combination of
education and relevant experience in an applicable social science.
● Comprehensive understanding of critical qualitative methodological frameworks
● General computer skills and ability to quickly learn and master computer programs.
● Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment; ability to thoughtfully make decisions in the absence of clear instructions.
● Ability to work under deadlines with general guidance and demonstrated ability to seek clarification when needed.
● Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to complete detailed work accurately.
● Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
● Ability to work with human study participants.
● Developing supervisory skills.
● Comfortable with project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
● Ability to work independently, and speak up when clarification is needed
Preferred qualifications include:
● Advanced degree with evidence of strong research and administration skills.
● Intermediate to advanced technical skills in leveraging productivity tools and software (MS Office, Google Suite, DocuSign, Adobe, PDFs) to manage projects and virtual paperwork.
This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate.
Specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on department or program needs without changing the general nature and scope of the job or level of responsibility. Employees may also perform other duties as assigned.
The expected pay range for this position is $59,000 to $82,000 per annum.

This is a fixed-term position with an end date of one year and is renewable based on performance and funding
