Position Summary/Purpose of Position: | The Robert H. Smith School of Business consists of over 1000+ active employees including faculty, exempt, non-exempt staff, and student employees. Consult with various University Human Resources departments to include Payroll, Employment, Benefits, PHR and Academic Affairs. Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, the position will assist in the payroll process for the Robert H. Smith School of Business. The position will handle the administrative and transactional responsibilities for hourly students; prepare temporary contracts for faculty and support the Director of Human Resources and Payroll Manager with ad hoc responsibilities.
