Summary of Position | Keene State College’s Facilities Department invites applications for an Electrician to perform work requiring skills in the trade for installation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, fixtures, and wiring. This is a 40 hour per week position, complemented by a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off. |

Job Duties
Duty/Responsibility | Lighting and lighting control system maintenance and installations including motors, controls and pumps, electric heat, changing batteries to various systems, and running conduit and wire mold installations. |

Duty/Responsibility | Trouble shoot electrical problems. |

Duty/Responsibility | Assist contractors and sub-contractors. - provide access to work spaces and assist as necessary |

Duty/Responsibility | Generate, retrieve, review, and maintain work orders Maintain paperwork, emails, invoicing for purchases to track credits (i.e. rebates, incentives) pertaining to upgrades, purchases, and building assignments Order and pick up supplies |

Duty/Responsibility | Fire alarm panels and distribution panels and equipment. -troubleshoot general panel trouble and map fault issues and make appropriate repairs or tell supervisor/call contracted vendor to initiate a service call. |
