Job Description Summary
Duties include clerical/secretarial duties as detailed by supervisor instruction.
Required Education
HS graduation or equivalent
Required Experience
Experience in office setting; customer service in high volume environment; data entry.
Preferred Education
Preferred Experience
Experience in an educational setting, (college or public/private school); experience with data-entry software; bilingual in Spanish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and responding to messages. Processing electronic and paper financial aid applications; scanning student documents into electronic database system; answering student questions pertaining to financial aid. Assisting other areas of Student Services as needed.
