Job Description Summary | Wellbeing & Accessibility is looking for a student(s) to take notes in a Math 1400 and English 1020 Course. Applicants will need to be available on MWF from 1:00-2:15 PM and MW from 2:30-3:45 PM. Students will coordinate with Wellbeing & Accessibility to distribute notes as needed. The position will offer 5-6 hours per week. To qualify for this position students must: · Possess excellent listening skills · Be able to accurately and efficiently synthesize in class lecture/discussion information to record the most important and meaningful content · Write clearly and concisely · Have clear handwriting or be able to type notes during coursework · Have good student and study habits to assure a basic understanding of course material The successful applicant will be task oriented and focused with a strong sense of adaptability. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information. The selected candidate(s) are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. This position will give the selected candidate(s) an opportunity to learn about prevention, counseling, and human service operations and gain valuable work experience. |
