• Attend in person meetings both secure and non-secure at local and remote military and civilian/industry facilities • Conduct tailored (abbreviated) Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Plan to include JDTA, initial and sustained training solutions • Maintain records of training solutions, fleet and personnel feedback of training and developed solutions • Develop and review briefs, minutes, training plans and proposed training solutions for government review • Coordinate and lead training meetings for Scorpion (both secure and non- secure) with NAVWAR and additional stakeholders, prepare and provide briefs for contractual and government review • Conduct onsite initial and sustainment training at various sites
Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 7 years of specialized experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Navy training curriculum utilizing the NAVEDTRA series of instructions
