Under the direction of the Principal Space Planner and in coordination with Sr. Planners, this position coordinates all details of move activities where moves are initiatives of Health. Details include coordination with Information Services, outside moving companies, and leading departmental "move champions" through the move process. Upon completion of moves, the Space/Move Coordinator assists with updating of plans and departmental space listings in the Facilities Information Maintenance (FIM) software system. The job requires a resilient and flexible character and ability to change course as needed and problem solve on the go.
Separately from move activities, the position assesses current space usages in all Health owned and leased buildings on a routine schedule for the purpose of updating FIM. Uses professional facilities management concepts. Applies organization policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations and/or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
The Space/Move Coordinator exemplifies excellence in customer service, communication skills and project management. The position requires precision both in setting schedules and with timely execution for multiple projects including offices, clinics, hospital departments and other independent projects as needed.

Annual Full Pay Range: $74,300 - $134,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $35.58 - $64.42
