Job Description

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, Sloan School of Management, to serve as system administrator for the Salesforce environment.  Will support the MIT Sloan Executive Education (MSEE) Salesforce ecosystem which includes CRM, Community, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CMS, MuleSoft and Tableau; serve as an expert user of Salesforce (SFDC), demonstrating to and teaching others most of the software capabilities; develop an understanding of MSEE business needs and then suggest and teach best practices to support its needs; handle all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, data integrations, and other routine tasks; oversee the database for data quality and integrity; and use DemandTools to perform database deduping, importing of data, and cleanup procedures.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  B.A./B.S. in a relevant field (business or technology); at least two years of relevant experience as an SFDC administrator/business systems analyst working with education and marketing functional areas; understanding of the financial services industry; familiarity with the Education Cloud Data Architecture (EDA); thorough understanding of key end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM) processes and extensive knowledge of higher education best practices in the CRM space, both on process and technology; and Salesforce administrator certification.  Job #23756-7

Salary range:  $61,850 - 82,700 - 103,550, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.  Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
