Salary: Starting at Column 3 Step 1 of $51,303 annually for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Final salary determination will be commensurate with experience and education, in accordance with the current Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF) Agreement. Benefits: The State of Minnesota offers eligible employees an excellent benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, optional dental, short- and long-term disability, paid personal and sick leave, defined benefits and defined contribution (401(a), retirement plans), tuition waiver for employees and dependents, and optional 457 and 403(b) retirement savings plans. |
