Under direction of registered nurse in the assigned department reporting to the Practice Manager, performs a wide variety of patient care activities in support of clinic ambulatory activity. This includes prioritizing and assisting in patient triage processing, preparation and assistance with patient procedures, administering medications, point of care testing, health maintenance screening, collecting and preparing laboratory tests and patient education. Familiarity with insulin pumps, insulin administration, insulin vials/syringes/pens, glucose meters, remote monitoring, continuous glucose monitors, thyroid FNA biopsy, osteoporosis treatments and management.
The successful candidate will have experience working in fast pace, high volume ambulatory setting. Position requires initiative, ability to prioritize critical demands, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment, maintains positive relationships with patients, family members, other visitors, and fellow employees. Other related duties as assigned.

Annual Full Pay Range: $69,322 - $86,193 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $33.20 - $41.28
