The Achievement Center of LECOM Health is looking to add a

Full Time HR Specialist-Recruiter!

 

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30PM unless otherwise assigned. Travel would be expected for career fairs, job fairs, or other recruitment events.

 

In the role of the HR Specialist-Recruiter, you will:

  • Create and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to locate and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist with vetting and/or implementing a new ATS system.
  • Elicit interest in active and potential candidates by using various platforms and innovative mechanisms that are distinct from those of other health systems.
  • Assume an integral role in the LECOM Behavioral Health system’s efforts to improve regional workforce diversity.
  • Review, analyze and make recommendations based upon engagement, recruitment, and retention data.
  • Perform market research.
  • Recruit graduate level interns.
  • Assist with recruiting needs across the LECOM Behavioral Health Service line as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in human resources.
  • 1 year of recruiting experience.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of behavioral health services within the Erie Community and surrounding counties.
  • Experience working for a non-profit.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience working with an HRIS system.
