Summary of Position | Under general supervision of designated supervisor, install, maintain, and repair building system finish components including but not limited to; painting, tile, doors, windows, trim, flooring, wall systems, etc. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and producing the highest quality of building finish work.
UNH Facilities is a 24/7/365 operation and has responsibilities related to campus safety and emergency response. Due to the nature of our business, employees may be asked to flex schedules and/or respond to requests outside of normal working hours in order to meet the demands of the university. This may include early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday work as needed. |
