The Field Support Business Support Supervisor would be responsible for the supervision of all IS Support, including process and reporting, for the UC San Diego Business Unit Departments.
This includes but is not limited to:
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training.
Experience and proven success in knowledge of desktop and business / technical support systems, including working knowledge of microcomputer and workstation hardware, operating systems and network hardware and software.
Lead and/or Supervisory experience in IT field support.
ServiceNow(SNOW) review and reporting.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Annual Full Pay Range: $67,200 - $119,600 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $32.18 - $57.28
