The Field Support Ancillary Lead Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring project success through leadership and coordination of project support activities. This multifaceted role involves meticulously creating and validating cutsheets for project data, conducting thorough preliminary site work including surveys and assessments, and providing expert technical support to project and ancillary technicians.
Additionally, the lead technician develops and delivers comprehensive training programs, oversees inventory coordination, and maintains a consistent on-site presence during project activities. Collaborating closely with project managers, the lead technician provides technical expertise, contributes to project planning, and ensures effective project coordination. This role requires extensive experience in networking protocols, excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three years of related experience/training.
Thorough knowledge of desktop and business / technical support systems.
Experience in field support or a related field (Project Management, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use complex functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Experience in a healthcare environment.
Working knowledge of IT Project Management techniques/processes utilizing Microsoft Project.
Certification in Microsoft Excel or related courses demonstrating advanced Excel skills.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Annual Full Pay Range: $73,725 - $133,553 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $35.31 - $63.96
