Information Systems Security Engineer - 24-001 - San Diego, California
AUSGAR Technologies has a NEW opportunity for an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our team of smart and innovative technical team members in the Point Loma area of San Diego, California.
AUSGAR is currently seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the execution of Risk Management Framework (RMF). Would prefer Navy Intelligence (NAVINTEL) experience. National Security Agency (NSA) experience is optional. ISSE will be responsible for creating and updating RMF packages. In addition, the ISSE will provide operational cybersecurity support to the program to include conducting ACAS scans, STIG testing as required, reviewing and updating HBSS/ESS security policies, creating/managing user access and reviewing event logs. The scope of this effort includes examination of the system architectures, engineering processes and cybersecurity.

Salary Range: $120-200K
An essential qualification for this position is successfully obtaining a security clearance issued by the Federal Government, which may require successful completion of a background check.
AUSGAR's salary range is dependent upon a variety of factors, which include experience, skills, education, certifications and geographical location. Our salary range includes a base salary and excellent benefits package as part of our total compensation.
