Sigma Defense is seeking an experienced Navy Veteran to serve as AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Training Specialist Radar Systems Controller (RSC) with the Distributed Training Architecture Support (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP). We need the rare skill sets you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).

The ideal candidate is a qualified RSC with experience on AEGIS BMD or equivalent platform. Recent instructor/trainer or operational experience on a BMD configured AEGIS ship or BMD command/agency is a plus.

• Experience developing and employing Aegis BMD Radar doctrine.
• Qualified as a RSC on an Aegis BMD or equivalent platform.
• Recent instructor/trainer or operational experience on a BMD configured Aegis ship or BMD command/agency.
• Completed BMD deployment certification training.

Personnel Clearance Requirements:

• Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret Level Clearance.
• Preferred. DoD-issued Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level Clearance.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually.
