Summary
The clinical laboratory assistant primary responsibility is the cleaning, disinfection and set up of equipment. Secondary responsibility is to assist the supervisor with daily projects as assigned.
This position requires moderate standing/walking, as well as lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying and transferring medical supplies and patient equipment.

Responsibilities*
This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining patient equipment, following proper HLD procedures, and preparing the patient rooms for patients on a daily basis. The Patient Care Tech Assistant also helps to maintain and track inventory.
Required Qualifications*
- High school diploma or GED with basic science course work
- Certification in basic cardiac life support is necessary.
- Basic knowledge of computers
- This position requires moderate standing/walking, as well as lifting, positioning and pushing.

Background Screening
