The ASL Interpreter, under general supervision, provides sign language and oral interpreting services to intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals who are deaf and/or hard of hearing, as well as hearing management and employees working with deaf and/or hard of hearing individuals

  • The Urban Youth Collaborative Program provides summer employment to local community youth between the ages of 18 and 24.  Interns participate in this “earn while you learn” program, working at Turning Point residences for eight to nine weeks, simultaneously taking the Introduction to Disabilities course at Northern Essex Community College, earning 3 college credits upon completion.  Must successfully pass or have current CPR and First Aid training.
