Essential Job Duties | The Reservations Coordinator supports the administrative functions of the NC State Student Centers Leadership Team and Event Services. Key responsibilities include processing reservations, providing timekeeping and payroll support, managing purchasing and assets, assisting with accounting and budgeting, and supporting department-specific software needs. This position also serves as a customer service liaison for clients. Additionally, the Coordinator supervises a team of 10–15 student reservations assistants and managers, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and providing daily support.
