Job Description
The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Cook 3 with Three Leaf Catering. The UEE division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.

The University Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Cook 3. The UEE division provides hospitality, event management, and service functions that support the University’s mission and various relationships. The Cook 3 completes assignments related to cooking including but not limited to: grilling, stir fry, carving, deep fry, baking, and display cooking through standards of service and hospitality. He/she is responsible for running multiple stations where needed, monitoring safety and sanitation, and assisting with training staff. Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Relevant skills and experience applicable
  • 1-2 years professional kitchen experience required
  • Ability to complete University Culinary assessment
  • Ability to complete UEE Global Service Standards training
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to obtain ServSafe/Knife Handling Certifications
Ability to complete basic food handler course
