Essential Job Duties | We are excited to welcome a skilled and motivated Carpenter to our Trade Shops team! This role involves a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including installing and finishing drywall, ceiling systems, flooring, cabinetry, and countertops to support campus renovation and maintenance efforts. Our ideal candidate is experienced in renovation practices, proficient with a range of tools and techniques, and knowledgeable in areas such as materials, quality control, and safety protocols. The role requires the ability to read blueprints and demonstrate proficiency in at least one additional building or mechanical trade, along with a working knowledge of multiple trades. Qualifications
