Basic Function/Definition | The incumbent will interpret and/or translate educational and general information exchanged primarily in the educational setting by using manual and oral methods of communication for D/deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (DHH) students and/or faculty and hearing parties. This is a continuous recruitment to fill part-time, temporary, hourly assignments on an as-needed basis. Departments or divisions will refer to the pool of applicants on file to fill temporary assignments as needed. You will be contacted by the hiring manager should the department or division be interested in scheduling an interview. This position may perform work in any of the following departments: Communications & Languages and Disabled Students Programs & Services (DSPS). |
