The Institute for Advanced Analytics has been preparing data savvy professionals for leadership in a digital world since 2007. Our mission is to produce the world’s finest practitioners of analytics — individuals who have mastered complex methods and tools for large-scale data modeling, who have a passion for solving challenging problems through teamwork, who are guided by intellectual curiosity, honesty and integrity, and who strive to attain the highest level of professionalism through continuous self-improvement. The program has substantially increased enrollment and seeks talented faculty and staff committed to continuing the program’s success in educational innovation and student outcomes.

The Goodnight Distinguished Professor in Advanced Analytics will provide instruction to graduate students in established or developed areas of expertise.

The Distinguished Professor will assist in curriculum planning; create and deliver new in-class and online instructional materials and assessment tools; participate in scholarly and service activities, such as research, consulting, and outreach activities consistent with Institute priorities; and provide coaching to MSA student teams.

Earned Ph.D. in a relevant field for an accredited institution.

Demonstrated excellence in teaching.

Contributions to the discipline demonstrated by a significant record of publication and research.

Recognized distinction in the discipline.

Ability and willingness to participate in program and university activities.
