Description: Seeking a dynamic leader adept at cultivating workforce development initiatives to further
drive the economic competitiveness of the Susquehanna region. The Executive Director is responsible for
addressing workforce needs of regional employers and overseeing programs directed at upskilling
community members as well as overseeing all organizational objectives. Responsible for planning,
directing and coordinating the administrative and operational activities as the Chief Executive Officer and
Chief Operating Officer of the organization within guidelines established by the Board of Directors.
Requirements: Five or more years of senior management experience and proven success working directly
with a Board of Directors. Background in economic development and/or philanthropy. Experience
working in Workforce Development or a Non-Profit organization preferred. Bachelor’s degree or higher
in a related field.
