Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and equating transfer credit from other institutions for new, continuing, and returning students, in accordance with College policies and procedures. Other specific duties include processing student and instructor withdrawals, reinstatements, and transcripts; maintaining and updating official class rosters; processing and updating instructor attendance forms; assisting with the notification process of student withdrawals to instructors; preparing routine correspondence in support of the Registrar's Office and Student Services; preparing and processing course substitutions as they relate to college transfer credit; and assisting with student registration, graduation, and/or related projects in support of the Student Services Division.  This is a daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel required.

Salary:  $2,650.00 per month.

Start Date:  November 15, 2022.

Closing Date:  October 17, 2022, or open until filled.

Bachelor's degree required.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and digital platform, required.  Excellent communication, customer service skills, and office organizational skills required.  Experience in a higher education or community college setting, preferred.

Official transcripts, including other documentation verifying all reported educational qualifications, are required.  Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for application purposes. The successful candidate must provide official transcripts at his or her expense within thirty (30) days of being notified of selection.
